Prime Wagyu began with Johan Strydom’s herd in the Free State and an ambition to bring the farmer and the diner closer together. That connection is the starting point for our restaurant on Strand’s beachfront.
That connection shapes what we bring to the table: a choice of Wagyu cuts, signature burgers, slow-cooked dishes and pizzas with a Wagyu tallow crust. Add a Cape wine and good company, and a familiar meal becomes an occasion worth making time for.
